After a bad experience with another local VW dealer, I hesitated to try again with Herzog. But I was pleasantly surprised to find a straightforward approach and no pressure from their whole staff. Richard K. was very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was the easiest car buying experience of my life. Definitely give these guys a shot if you want a VW.
