Disappointment made Real

onI purchase a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 this september. I did not have it in my possession even 24 hrs before the rear power window malfunctioned and broke. Everything started off fine, they picked it up, promised to fix it and gave me a service loaner.
They promised me they order the part to be overnighted and that I'd have it in 2 days. Day 2 came around, no part, but oh the part was on its way and they were SURE it'd be fixed the next day. Well we're at day 8, parts still being overnighted.
Its over promising, under delivering, and boy do they sure stand buy their product and will do anything it takes to make it right...other than doing anything at all. As long as it will take nothing. Not so much as even an offer for free car washes.
If you like Higher pressure sales, poor service, hollow words, failed promises and a sub par product, this is your place! Otherwise please heed these words and go some where else. Buying a new vehicle should be a great experience and up to this point I've never had a single complaint with Toyota, Honda, or VW's.
