I recently stopped by "TC Chevy" to check out some vehicles. I was greated by a sales associate that wore a pair of sunglasses on his forehead (it was 55f & cloudy) I'm a little oldschool so It was hard for me to not take note of this. I looked past this, however, it was hard to get past the smell of cigarrete smoke that neither my wife or I can stand. It was 10 minutes of getting none of my questions answered. The salesman looked like he didn't know what to do. Next thing I knew, it was time to meet the manager. This really came as a shock to me, it was one of the managers that I had talked too once at a Lithia store. He was just as unpleasant as the last time. The thing is, I have purchased two vehicles at Town & Country. So, to visit the dealership and meet these new people that have replaced the great people that were once there, was very disapointing. I also found out that this manager, is the General Manager now. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I purchased a vehicle for my wife in Grants Pass
