Sales does not follow up.

While the sales dept. did OK at the purchase point, after finding out we are having a horrendous time with the truck, why can't they help? At least get a truck for us while ours is in service constantly. They have their commission, isn't there a reason to follow up for repeat business? Running our own small business this is not how we treat our customers!

Nice atmosphere and employees. Have been very helpful with any questions, especially Jeff (delivery guy!) Also had our remote start installed a week or so after buying the vehicle. They offered a rental so my 10 month old and I weren't stuck at the dealership all day! Great folks.

Great experience! Everything ran smooth no surprises ... both EJ and BILLY were professional and courteous. Billy even helped get the final $$ amt lower - truly appreciate that!!! Nw my son is on the path of building his credit

I did have a problem with this dealership the hours are messed up and they need have longer hours I live in 2hrs away and they had the car I wanted but they would not stay late. So I went down the the chevy store down the road and got a new car from their.
