First Time, will continue to be a client!

Bought a new Outback, worked with sales rep, worked him thoroughly. He was awesome, no high pressure, no B.S. I'm in sales and this is how you should be treated. The finance department was awesome as well, worked hard to get us where we needed to be. Highly recommend this dealership and will be coming back if/when we need a new vehicle.

Highly satisfactory

We recently bought an Ascent from Bob Moore Subaru. Although car buying is one of my least favorite things to do, the experience was very satisfactory. We were treated with respect and all our questions and concerns were addressed. Isaih, our salesman, is young and extremely polite and courteous. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

Very professional and personal sales rep.

I saw a used vehicle on Bob Moore Subaru’s website. I initially contacted their online people to confirm the vehicle was still available. They were back to me promptly and I told them I would come in within the next two days. They did not push. Just suggested I give them notice so they could have the vehicle upfront. When I arrived they introduced me to a salesman. Omar is exceptional. Listens well. Gets answers. Remains available without pushing at all. Two days later I came back and received immediate attention from Omar even though he was busy. After a test drive we sat down for the deal. Received what I requested quickly. Was out of there in about an hour. Truly my favorite car deal to date. The dealership is clean and relaxing. The personnel are friendly and engaging. Quick to respond. You should enjoy your experience.

Best Dealership!

My wife and I had been in need of a second vehicle for quite some time. We kept putting off going to a dealership because every past car buying experience for me had left a bad taste in my mouth. That's when a friend recommended Bob Moore Subaru. They told us they've had nothing but great experiences there and it's the only place they shop for cars. I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad I did. The whole team was very friendly and helpful. The sales consultant Aaron Scott helped us pick out a vehicle that matched our needs, answered all questions, and really impressed us with his overall customer service. The sales manager Robert Burns and John Downs of finance were also a big part in making this the best car buying experience we've ever had. In the future when I look to purchase another vehicle, I will shop at Bob Moore Subaru. I will also recommend this dealership to my family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and anyone reading this review. Give them a chance just like I did... You won't be disappointed!

Dishonesty at its best...

Car was listed for 12,998.00 (2008 BMW 3 Series 335i Coupe) VIN: WBAWB73518P040043 Stock #: HH443680A Contacted sales and gave my offer of 12,400.00 (out the door) because the car has paint issues. The sales person confirmed this by sending me pictures. Suggested that I hit it with something then have the insurance company pay for a new paint job. Back passenger side panel is not the same color as front passenger door, even though the CarFax states the car was in an accident on the rear driver side. More than one accident? They called back and told me that the offer was excepted and someone from finance would contact me soon. When I talked to finance guy he told me they are increasing the price to 14,788 because of increased interest. He said he would give it to me for the original offer of 12,998 + dealer fees, tax and tittle. Talked to the manager and he told me to “then don’t by the car, see if I care” Sales has a great pitch but Very dishonest, very rude when confronted. look at the car for yourself. Contacted them with under a different name and asked about the picture posted showing a paint difference. This time they said there was noting wrong with the paint, that it was just the lighting. I'm more shocked then anything else. Buyer beware when buying any thing from BOB Moore Subaru!

Drive away...fast

bought a used Outback CASH 3 months ago. Long Story short, it was going to cost me OVER $7,000 to have the transmission and front axle repaired. I had already spent $1000 on the drive line. I traded it off, because it was a better financial move than to fix a WRECKED car. Yep, 2 mechanics informed me the car had been wrecked. I wrote a review on a website, and was contacted by a manager and asked to REMOVE my post. Pretty much blamed me for not contacting them when my problems started. I live in another state, and didn't have a warranty, so what was the point of contacting them? They wanted me to REMOVE my negative review...that is why they called me-not to make anything better for ME! What did they do for me? The ONLY thing they care about is their reputation, NOT about their customers.

simple and hassle free...

Hassle free establishment and great salesman to deal with. We were searching for a used vehicle for my friend and came across this nice used Pontiac Torrent, so we called regarding this vehicle and spoke with Sam (from New Zealand) and was pleasurable from the beginning. We told him we live hour south of there and didn't want to waste a trip to look at vehicle that wasn't dependable or good shape. He said I would be happy to drive it for you and give you details of the vehicles handling, pickup speed and stopping. From then, we were impressed. We ventured up to this hidden gem of dealership located behind the main Bob Moore dealerships. Notice this vehicle right away, it was described as Sam stated. He drove and handling was spot on. We offered our price which was fair and the offer was accepted with hassle or long delays. Jason also helped with as well and I must say both was a pleasure dealing with. Only if I car salesman understood the customer, the stress, and desires of the customer buying a car would be less stressful for sure. We already had our loan approve through USAA and printed off the loan guarantee papers for finance and signed the paperwork and was in and out in no time....very impressed by the professional of this dealership and their employees. If you go to this dealership ask for Sam or Jason and your car buying experience will be less painful and the transition will be smooth. Can't promise you will get your deal but nevertheless these two gentleman are class acts.

Poor Customer Service, Questionable Ethics

I was in the auto industry for several years and can make an educated guess on what money is in the car. They attempted to sell me the car at $500 over the internet pricing and the sales person tried to play dumb claiming he didn't know. I was then sold a vehicle claiming that in order to turn on the satellite radio all we had to do was call XM Radio and get it set up. Throughout the car buying experience, the salesman assured me that all I had to do is contact XM Radio. When we contacted XM, they said the car did NOT have XM radio capabilities and we would have to have it installed. When I questioned the dealership regarding the misunderstanding they were more than happy to install the capabilities for $500 + installation. After complaining, they reduced the price to $417 + installation stating that was the "dealership cost." I was even more upset when you can go on the Subaru website and find the kit and antenna for $318. I asked to speak to the manager and when I was connected, he/she never picked up. I called back and couldn't even get voicemail.

Excellent or Poor Condition? Bob Moore doesn't know or care

I recently purchased a used Honda from the Bob Moore Subaru dealership in Edmond, advertised as "Excellent Condition." Before I had put even 2k miles on the vehicle I discovered that the engine was completely worn out and needed to be replaced. The engine did have 103K miles on it, but that is extremely low for a Honda. (if an engine goes out on a Honda at 100k, there has been some serious abuse or neglect) When discussing with the Bob Moore's Sales Manager, he informed me that I had just as much luck buying off of Craigslist as with buying from Bob Moore. Yes, he actually did say that. I guess I was under the assumption that Bob Moore was reputable and wouldn't sell me a car, at full market value, that needed a new engine immediately. I would expect that from a shady used dealer and hence that was the reason I bought from Bob Moore. I trusted that they had a fair idea as to the condition of their vehicles. When I asked the Sales Manager if they checked their cars out before selling he said "we can't stick our heads up in the engine and look at fifteen thousand moving parts". I was so taken aback, I didn't even mention the advent of computer diagnostics. The moral of the story - don't believe that Bob Moore is going to stand behind a vehicle any more than a seller off of Craigslist that you will never see again. They will sell you a vehicle advertised as "excellent Condition" when it is actually in very poor mechanical condition, and then tell you they have no way to tell the difference.

2013 Outback 2.5i

Purchased this vehicle with no hassle. We shopped other Subaru dealers and negotiated what we believe was a fair price. The sales person Sabastien was friendly, not pushy, easily answered every question we had. No "second" person showed up to try and "earn our business"; how refreshing. A couple of days after the purchase we had a concern which was addressed immediately and without any hassle or delay. This is our first purchase from Bob Moore who has other vehicle lines and it is our first Subaru. Our only other comment at this time was the person who arranged financing and didn't seem very personal. We did however tell him that we were rushed for time. The salesman was very helpful in setting a time to go over all the technology aspects of our new vehicle.

Great experience, Wonderful and helpful sales staff

Being a military family and fresh off of a bad experience purchasing our other vehicle I went into Bob Moore being very skeptical and borderline cynical about the car buying process. I was greeted by great staff, in particular our sales staff member James was awesome and very straight forward. We felt welcomed and were not jerked around whatsoever. We received above Blue Book for our vehicle without any haggling and we drove off the lot last night with a brand new 2011 Subaru without even signing any additional paperwork (they had us complete it all in an easy 30 minute process last weekend). I honestly thought all car dealerships were shady and out to get you until we went here, I will be back to buy my next vehicle!!

The new game in town

Bob Moore Subaru is a new Subaru dealer in OKC. I found their sales department to be very straightforward and honest. Not something you can usually say about a car dealer. I honestly felt that they had my interests in mind and I didn't have to cover my butt every step of the way. Choose Bob Moore if you're shopping a Subaru, they are a class act all the way. The only improvement to note at this dealer was that the finance paperwork was very slow. It took forever for them to send my trade payoff and send my title/registration paperwork.
