Customer service stops at purchase

Initial visit to dealership was pleasant as I spoke with different salesmen to acquire information on vehicle purchase. Unsure of decision on purchase I gave deposit to hold until return. Dealership then called offering to deliver vehicle as I live 2 hours away. Still very accommodating they negotiated on price and delivered vehicle the next day. This is where customer service stopped… I did NOT receive a second key for vehicle as promised even after multiple requests. A simple copy of the contract for purchase fell to the same fate. Phone calls for assistance were not returned. I would NOT return to this dealership again.

We had just bought a car in March of 07,and hated it.(domestic and not worth 1/4 of what we paid). In September 07 I called dealership and talked to a sales person for almost 30 mins.She said (Laura Rush) she would call me back if she she had anything that would fit us,since we had just bought a car,that had already declined in value almost 7,000.00 in just 5 months.And was going down in resale value everyday I owned it,I knew she wouldnt call back,BUT she did,and she offered us a deal.She worked with us and held the car (a black,2007 MINI) for 2 weeks,until we could get to Edmond(payday),Laura and her boss stayed open late so we could make it there,when we got there from Tulsa(2hours)everything was ready to sign and go. To be honest,1-We had a new car we were drowning in,the car wasnt worth squat.And we didnt know we could own a car I've wanted for years.2-We got the Chevy traded in and took a small loss,but got a huge gain,the MINI keeps going up in resale!I get GREAT gas milage,it handles great,looks great and I love my car!3-Laura treated us fair and didnt push us into the sale,she was sooo great,you have to ask for her,Laura Rush,*I have to say that the other salemen are just a friendly and knowledgable**4-when and if I trade my MINI it will be here...I can't give enough kudos to Laura and the whole sales team,and finance department.
