Emergency help

My car wouldn’t start and needed to be jumped. I called the service department and spoke to an associate who told me that they couldn’t s he Duke me in for a few weeks, but they would fit me in if I dropped my car off. I dropped my car off and it was ready to go by 11:00 the next morning.
