Dutro Nissan

I have purchased a multitude and extreme volume of New cars over the last 50 years. Have dealings with service groups representing GM, Ford/Lincoln, Nissan, and Honda as well as a total mistake in 1987 on a New Sterling. There has been only one service group in PA a lincoln/Ford dealer that had customer satisfaction down to a science and I purchased all of my personal Lincolns and recently a Ford or a total of 5 cars in 19 years. My wife was in Buicks, and Nissans since 1970. Flipping back and forth to fit her driving needs and she is back in a 2008 Nissan Rouge AWD and loves the car. Lucky for us we moved to Zanesville Ohio to be near our grandchildren and their parents and at the time looking for dealer service for the Nissan and the Lincoln. What we found, was a grand master dealer similar to my PA relationship. This dealership has mastered the value of relationships not only with the customers but with their long term employees. They value people and have the right combination dealership with Ford, Lincoln, Merc, and Nissan. They have the experienced people that know how to please with excellent communications skills and sensitivity to the transportation needs of their client base. When we left PA early this year, we thought we were leaving the best behind but instead found the very best or the crem de la crem in an Ohio small town. They listen and get to the solution without tension. My wifes Rouge had a known problem and they along with Nissan solved the issues without pain and with professional care. All of our service needs are handled by Dutro and will continue. Car buying is one thing but the value of any dealership is Service after the sale and customer satisfaction. These people have it and hope they keep the trend going. If I do live long enough to be moving into our next set of cars they will be purchased at Dutro because the deal is in the service.
