A Great Buying Experience

Of all my car buying experiences that's one was the best by far!! Michael Arsham struck an incredible balance between no pressure and being appropriately proactive and being there when needed; an almost impossible balance. I dread the car buying experience and am allergic to salesmen, but I had a great experience this time around. And Classic surprised me with the deal I didn't think possible. I highly recommed Classic Lexus and particularly Michael Arsham.

Out of the three local Lexus dealerships, Classic was the only one willing to locate the car I wanted - they found it and shipped it in. The purchase process was quick and I got the pricing I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership.

Much better than the competition

While looking for a new Lexus I had a bad sales experience with the only other Lexus competitor in the Cleveland area. Classic Lexus matched the price I was looking for based on my research and were professional in all aspects of the deal. My trade value was as fair as one can expect from a dealer and the follow through was excellent. I made my deal via email with the sales person. scheduled an appointment, test drove the test vehicle and bought the car. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. The entire team at Classic is well trained, aware of the customers importance and the image they must maintain. It made buying this vehicle a kin to flying first class. Exactly what a Lexus experience should be and the polar opposite to the other dealer in the area. I know two others that bought vehicle from Classic around the same time as I. All had excellent experiences and were given deals that would not be matched by the other dealer. There is no comparing the dealers in Cleveland. Educate yourself and you will get the best deal and service from Classic Lexus.
