WORST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE BUYING A CAR

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima from this dealership, wish I had not bought it from them. The car is amazing and I love it however I was sexually harassed at this dealership and then my husband was lied to about it. I went in on a Saturday spoke with Arash in finance who was helpful wonderful and straight forward. He had Corey Jones help me pick out and test drive a car. I already knew I wanted a Maxima just color choice and to get the sl or the premium was the question. I knew I wanted leather and a sunroof easy enough right. So looked a colors, well surprise that was a waste of time the only color I could live with was black and interior choice black as well, no other options in the sl. We went on a test drive I went back spoke with Arash, took the car home to my husband to see it alone, and brought it back to the dealer and advised we would be in touch. I spent less than an hour with Corey Jones which hey I don't like spending too much time buying a car, I am easy like that. I know what I want before I walk on a lot. Day comes to buy the car. NIGHTMARE!!! Paperwork was supposed to be ready it was not. So while waiting forever for paperwork I go to the ladies room leaving my husband in Coreys office. I came out went to the finance office across to the hall to let them know I had children to pick up. I walk out, my husband was in the showroom clearly upset. He had seen my salesman and another checking out my ass and heard my salesman say "look at her sexy [non-permissible content removed]" He got upset rushed through signing paperwork. The finance lady asked what was wrong and I told her and she had the nerve to say Men will look and how she had a jealous ex husband and it was not easy, right after my husband left. I told Corey I just wanted to sign the thing saying I went through the car features and leave. He asked what was wrong as I was signing the Ipad and I advised him that my husband saw him looking at my [non-permissible content removed], he said without looking at me I assure you I didn't put the keys in the car and ran off. We filed a complaint with Jim Morris and Arash at the dealership. Arash was upset over this and promised it would be taken care of he needed until Saturday. Well Friday morning rolls around and they call my husband in for a "meeting" Jim Morris told my husband that I spent HOURS with Corey drove multiple cars as well. I was flirty even or came off as such. How is bragging about how happily married I am and my commute changing hence the reason for the car flirty??? HHHHMMMMMM I still cant figure that out. Jim Morris then advised my husband Corey Jones refused to apologize which is what my husband wanted. and said that there would be a sales meeting over this and they would be sure to advise the staff to make sure customers are outside before speaking about them again. REALLY!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO RESPECTING CUSTOMERS!!!!!! So If you want lied to by multiple people and want to be sexually harassed while purchasing a brand new forty thousand dollar car guess what this is your dealer. If not I would not recommend them. I even have removed their plate frames and dealer stickers from my car, they ruined my new car for me.

Drake my sales associate was fantastic. Jim the General manager was exceptional and financing was tremendous. Everyone had a genuine interest in seeing us make a purchase, past the actual sales commission. This is our 4th Nissan and I will continue to stay "in the family". I actually feel a friendship with those at Beau Townsend.

The salesperson took the time to pull cars into service bay even though was snowing he spent a lot of time with us and did not push us

Shopping about the internet, Beau Townsend responding quickly and appropriately without pushing sales tactics into my ears...the prices I compared were better than others already, without my counter-offer! I never usually offer my comments, however in this 2014 world, good-polite employees stand out from the "NO PROBLEM" instead of "YOUR WELCOME" response to thank you which is a good indicator sales managment attitudes..it was a pleasure shopping Beau Townsend from home, which definintly will bring me up to shop the lot in person when it is my time to buy. Keep it up, courtesy helps the employee, the company image/sales and spreads general good will to others!

I have nothing but praise for the professionals working at Beau Townsend Nissan. Negotiated a price over the phone. The next day, traveled to the dealership. The Salesman who accompanied us on the test drive later insured we got familiar with the car before leaving the lot. The internet staff that we talked with to negotiate the price came by to say hello and to make sure things were going okay with the final terms of the sale. The Finance dept staff thoroughly explained the process each document and there were no unexpected add-ons to the bill of sale. It was well worth the drive across town to do business with Beau Townsend. I fully expect to buy my next car from one of Beau Townsend's car lots.

This is my third purchase from Beau Townsend Nissan. I emailed a couple dealers for a price and they were all within $150. This is the closest Nissan dealer to my house and they've always been pretty easy to deal with. I also like that the building is pretty new so everything is clean and open.

Poor Salesmanship and overaggressive salesmen

I had a very bad experience with their Sales team. They were almost insulting when it came to negotiations. They managed to make me walk away from a car I wanted to buy. I wont recommend any one to buy from that dealership.

Before buying here, check all websites with dealer reviews. The BBB and the Attorney Generals webites have complaints against this dealer for deceptive sales tactics. I will explain my situation in another review.
