The sales people in the used car division are a very nice group of people. I really needed another car, as the one I had was just about dead, not to mention an eyesore. I am on a fixed income and had been saving for what seemed like forever to get a better car. Despite my situation, they treated me with respect and worked very hard to get me into another car. I have had my car for a week now and am extremely happy. I would definitely go back to see them when the time comes to get a car again.

Easy and Pleasant to Work With

Although "building" different configurations of the Ford Edge is convenient online via Ford's website, it would be helpful to have a comparison chart locally when looking at various models to easily identify which packages are and aren't included with the different price points. That being said, the personnel at Bass Ford were terrific to work with!

Found My Dream Car

I have bought at least 4 other used vehicles from Mike Bass Ford in the past 6 years. I always request Steve Cataldo for my sales rep. Over the years we have a great re-pore with each other. Recently, as of 3-9-2015 while riding past the dealership I spotted my dream car. A used Ford Mustang Convertible. Had to have it. We worked out the numbers and as always was treated graciously and was able to due a deal on that Mustang which we drove out that same night. I will be back again to buy other vehicles from Steve and Mike Bass Ford in the future.

Heading to the car dealership has always made me nervous but from the second I arrived at Mike Bass Ford they made me feel like family! Henry Boepple and Harry Pilson were the gentleman that I worked with and they both were fantastic. The majority of my time was spent with Henry and he was honest, sincere and truly did everything he could to make me feel comfortable with my upgrade to the Ford Explorer especially concerning the budget. The SUV I wanted wasn't even on the lot but the next weekend that I came back, they found me a better option that I didn't even know existed! Keeping my family safe and happy is my #1 and you can tell that is how they feel at Mike Bass Ford as well! Highly Recommend both Henry and Harry as well!

I had to purchase a new car quickly in the middle of winter because of an accident. A little internet searching led me to Mike Bass Ford. This dealer has an incredible inventory. My sales person, Adam Figueroa, was able to find exactly what I wanted for a great price. Adam made the entire car buying experience wonderful. He listened to what I wanted, he was very knowledgeable and patient and not at all pushy. I was very happy with my car.

My salesperson was Harry Pilson and he was veru knowledgable and helpful through what was a very easy process of finding the vehicle I liked through their online selection, to testing the driving the vehicle (2014 Ford F150 Crew Cab), to completing the paperwork for the purchase. This is my fourth Ford purchase so I knew the brand but was still hunting for a dealership and with Mike Bass Ford the search was over.
