onNothing was fixed. Waste of my time They said all Yukon’s make the roaring noise in the rear end. Said couldn’t align rear door to fit. Forgot to change remote battery. Also have it back with the tires low on air. Would like to talk with someone about this.

onI've bought many cars over the years and always do my homework online. I bought a 2010 Buick Lacrosse at Medina Auto Mall from Ricky Floyd. Many salesman these days are fairly down to earth and don't fit the stereotypical car salesman....Rick is one of them. Very laid back and straight forward. I essentially gave him the options I wanted (and didn't want), and he found the car at another dealership. I found out where the car was too, and intended on playing the dealer's against each other. The other dealer was an hour away and when I called them up, I started getting some hesitation about pricing, which made me want to drive there less. Rick also gave me a fair trade in value which wasn't always the case having shopped around the prior week. I pulled the plug and bought the car. When the car arrived from the other dealership, it was horribly dirty with bird poop all over it. Rick had the car cleaned up beautifully while we completed the paperwork. The car was missing the headphones and remote for the rear DVD players and Rick immediately took care of the problem. I had them the next day. The dealership overpaid my trade in by $2k to the bank and called wanting the money back. It was honest mistake on their part, and it was their money. I cashed the overpayment check from my bank and gave them back their $2k. Needless to say, they were very happy to see me show up with $2k in cash. The reason I mention this is because another reviewer stated the dealership called him about realizing they underpaid on the sales tax. While I don't know the circumstances of the issue, if it was an honest mistake by the dealer, then the right thing to do is pay them the money.
