The best experience evvverrr

I can truly say as a senior citizen I had a very eye opening experience when I chose to go to Cronin Ford/Kia dealer. Their salesman Jason was kind and patient by explaining everything to me regarding trading in my vehicle and purchasing a newer one. At no time did he try to put any pressure to buy. He needed to explain everything since this was my first important purchase. It was a pleasure to buy from Cronin, everyone treated me like family. I will truly make a stop at Cronin for my next car in a couple of years. KUDDOS to Cronin Ford/Kia and many thanks to Jason, now my favorite salesperson ever ....

Excellent customer service

Just bought a new Kia Soul today. they had the best prices with no hidden fees. The quickest and easiest new car buying process we have ever had. Will go back again when we are in the market next! Mark was great.

Mr. Adam Hatfield at Cronin's Kia is Awesome!!!

I contacted Cronin's Kia via email initially. Mr. Adam Hatfield, salesman at Cronin's KIA, contacted me with follow-up inquiries via emails and even text message the same day as my own initial inquiry. The follow-up and follow-thru demonstrated by Mr. Adam Hatfield were extremely encouraging as this cannot be said of everyone. Briefly, Mr. Adam Hatfield is a real professional who is a respectable individual and genuine salesman. For example, after the established sale, Mr. Adam Hatfield was genuinely patient and professional as he assisted in providing an overview of the remaining options pertinent to the new 2015 vehicle purchase. Again, it should be noted that this was done with extreme professionalism after Cronin's established closing hours on a Sunday evening. As such, I would highly recommend Mr. Adam Hatfield at Cronin's Kia without reservation to anyone regarding future car sale purchases. In essence, I would give him an A++++ Thanks again Mr. Adam Hatfield and the team at Cronin's for a job well done!!!!

Best purchase

I went to Cronin just to look at cars, I was not wanting to take this task on.. I met Mike Monroe at the Kia bldg. he was professional and very knowledgeable. I bought the car and I have been happy I did. Do your self a favor and ask for Mike.

Cronin out shimes the rest

I had a great car buying experience at this dealer, Mike M was my sales person... He was more concerned about what I needed and wanted in my new car than anyone I ran into at the other Kia dealers I visited! I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me. Thanks Mike Monroe

Just Horrible. Do not buy from this dealership!

I originally thought this sales team seemed knowledgable and spot on. I was severely mistaken. After driving three hours to purchase a vehicle (2011 Kia Sorento EX) that was listed on their internet inventory and confirmed by TWO sales employees via phone, I arrive to their dealership to learn that I was victim to a misfortune that happens "several times a year." Apparently Their marketing team is not on location and makes errors of advertising vehicles and vehicle features that are non-existant. Since I was pre-approved, had driven myself and my family three hours to their dealership, I decided to purchase a brand new 2012 Kia Sorento instead. They offered me $500 less on my trade in then what other Kia dealerships had, but I went with it as I had just wasted three hours driving up there. Their tax and titling office/sales floor communication, or lack there of, misinformed us on out taxing costs that we typically should have been exempt from as an active duty military family. In talking with sales floor, sales managers and even store managers all we have received is a big OH WELL THATS MISFORTUNATE. What a horrible way to treat customers, beginning to end. Do not waste your time with this dealership. I should also add that Kia corp. advised me to talk to the dealership owner, Patrick Cronin regarding my now formal complaint. Apparently the buck stops with Eric, the dealership's general manager. He gets to decide if me, as a customer who just spent over $28,000 at Patrick Cronin's dealership, gets to speak to Mr. Cronin or not. He said that I was not allowed to talk to Mr. Cronin regarding my issues with their sale. He also noted that Mr. Cronin would not want to talk to me anyway since I left negative online feedback. What a great way to treat paying customers. This dealership is nothing more than a communist dictatorship.

Awesome experience with Cronin Kia in Harrison, Ohio

I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last year through Cronin Kia Ford in Harrison, Ohio. The sales and finance department would go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable even when some circumstances for buying a car can be heart breaking. I have the respect for this dealer that the words they say do come true. Even if they have to make calls to places to initiate things. I have also referred my friends to buy a vehicle at this dealership. I have always requested the same sales person Mike Monroe to help me. He understood my circumstances and did not try to push me into something I could not afford. He and Nick were so understanding. I had my 17yr old son with me the one time to buy a car for him. Even though we were buying the car(parents) Mike and Nick included him in the conversation so he could get the feel and idea of what is involved in buying a car. For the first time a salesman gave me a tour of the store so I was familiar with the other departments when I need them. So from the salesman to the finance department to the parts and service departments everyone was so friendly and helpful.
