I bought a car from this dealership and do not regret anything about my purchase. MAG BMW of Dublin has not only the nicest looking dealership in the region but they also have the best inventory. When I bought my car, the salesman greeted me outside and let me go for a test drive. Not many dealerships let me go by myself for a test drive anymore so it was nice to know that they trusted me. After I drove the vehicle, I had the privilege to talk to the Sales Manager, he showed me the vending machine and a couch where we could relax and talk numbers. Once the numbers matched up, I agreed to purchase the vehicle and I had a very smooth delivery! Thanks MAG

We found the car we wanted, test drove it and asked to be emailed information, lease price vs buying... No email was received that evening so we waited until the next day, no e mail. We drove back to the dealership, looked at the car and even saw the salesman, John. He did appear to be busy so we thought we would continue to wait another day or so for info we requested via e mail. It's now 4 days later and we will definitely be buying a BMW but not from this dealership.

Salespeople were quite helpful until a deposit was placed. At that point, they would basically ignore queries or provide a useless answer to a different question. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were (incorrectly) guessing when they did take the time to answer. They were unwilling to even address simple questions such as "please explain the order process."
