This dealership is a nightmare! I was looking to purchase a brand new 2009 Mazada 3. I had worked out all the numbers and came to an agreement on the price of the car, trade-in, and financing. The problem starts when I gave the dealership $100 to "hold the car for her" which was a sham . Fairly certain I was going to purchase the car for the agreed deal, I willingly handed over the money. Upon delivery day I found out that the deal would not go through with the agreed upon financing. Not willing to settle for a new deal, I asked for the deposit back, and was promised that I would receive the money back the following week on Monday as there was not a "clerk" to sign the check over to her on the premises that day (Saturday). Come Monday, the dealership has refused to refund the money without certain paperwork showing the check had been cashed by the dealership. On Tuesday I provided that information to the dealership, and Michelle Primm, the owner and president said she needed a "clerk" to sign the return check and to come back the following day. What kind of owner can't sign a $100 refund check from her own dealership? The next day the same run around. We have since filed a complain with the Akron BBB and found out this dealership has an F rating, the lowest possible, with the Akron BBB having multiple complaints filed. We will be notifying the Cuyahoga Falls area Chamber of Commerce, Mazada which has agreed to help recover the money, and the bank the check was written from asking them to file a fraud claim which they will willingly do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING OR SERVICING A CAR HERE!

So far i have bought two Audi's from Cascade auto. The salesperson i dealt with was extremely nice. He was helpful in finding a car that fit me at different price ranges. We discussed many different options and he was never pushy or trying too hard to sell me a car, which is why i came back to him for a second car. If you need a car from there ask for Abe. P.S. don't use the service department if you can help it.

I purchased my car from Cascade online it was a great experience. When we got down to paying for the vehicle there was pressure about financing and saving my money and of course ext warranties and jazz. In the end it was a good experience... until the car needed service... take time and beware.
