I was there on September 13th to get my the recalls fixed on my old car and to see what it was worth. It was appraised and as I was sitting there, I told the salesman, Chris Steigerwald, that I wanted to see if I can get any financing to get a new car. We went through the paperwork and he explained my options. He asked what type of car that I would interested in and I told him something bigger than my HHR. While they worked out financing and came to me with my options, I was treated very nicely and they checked on me several times during the wait. Long story short, I left with a new 2014 Equinox and the same car payment that I had on my old car but this time I am paying the same amount on a new car. I was very happy with my experience with the sales department, the business manager and with the service department when I went back to get the Protech done on my car. I really like this dealer and they have a customer for life. Very good service. Great people. Awesome dealership. I will most definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
