I made an email inquiry for a price on a specific car that was answered with a phone call within 8 hours. I was able to negotiate a price I was happy with on the phone with the sales manager. All aspects of the deal were rather smooth, including an excellent finance person. The dealership offers lifetime free oil changes beyond the 3 year free maintenance offered by VW. I have used the dealership for prior service and have been happy with the work and integrity, although it has sometimes been difficult to get an appointment within a day or so. I was not as happy ( who ever is?) with the $$ offered for my trade-in Passat that was in excellent condition, but it was a price that I had told myself I would accept. Time will teel as this dealer takes care of my new CC, but the buying process was fine, and had no surprises or weird turns.
