Do Not Buy Here.
Written by carbuyer08 on 07/17/2008
I purchased a used car here two days ago. I didn't notice the alignment when I test dove the car, but on the way home I noticed it was off a little. I received a message from the salesperson today saying "I just wanted to see how the car is running and if you need anything just let me know." So, I called back and said the alignment was off a little. His tone completely changed and starting giving me [violative content deleted] about how it's not covered, but maybe he can talk to his manager since I just bought it. He calls back and then says no they can't do anything about it, BUT call me if you need anything." Well HELLO! I just did. This is just another reason why used car dealers have such a well earned horrible reputation. I could understand if I called them a month after I had the vehicle, but I have only had it two days. Do not go here. Once they sell you the car, they don't give a crap about you or what problems might arise with the car.

At end of 2010 bought a used -29,150 Miles Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, fully certified used car. After 1350 Miles it needed 1-1/2 Qts of engine oil. Took it back to Dealer-they "fixed", saying it needed a new PCV valve and also added another qt of oil-car now had 30,983 miles. At 32,283 Mi. took it back-another qt of oil low for oil change. Now (not when we bought the car) was told that Chrysler says the Jeep consumes 1 qt of oil every 1000 Miles-before 50K miles and after 50K Miles it will consume (burn) 1 qt of oil every 750 Miles this was given to us in writing stating that this was a "New Industry Standard"(by Chrysler!!!) This is unbelievable to us!!! We hav 3 other-non-Chrysler cars, each with more than 130K Miles and none burn this much oil-i.e. at most 1/2 qt per oil change!(3000 Miles). This worries us. What will happen at next E-check???Et., etc.?We believe Junction Sales and Service (at first visit)concealed the fact that this 3.8 L V-6 engine consumes (not leaking) oil in excess of REAL21ST CENTURY AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY STANDARDS. We read of several other JEEP owner reporting same problem with their Wranglers. Any comments by other readers? Thanks. Gus B.
