selling cars is not a priority

The salesmen was professional but not enthusiastic by any means.I selected the model and color I wanted to buy.He did his due diligence to try and find it before the epic sales event was over. He could not. I was very disappointed I just knew I was going to have a new car by July 31st. He did not offer any other options or suggest like "hey I'll call when the 2019's come in" not a thing, he seemed happy to let me walk away. Pricing is not negotiable either; what's posted as Crestmont price stands. I called to speak w/ sales manager to see if all their sales people were like this; when voicemail picked up and there was no greeting; it told me how professional these people are not. The manager can't even be bothered to give his name or a greeting.

anybody ever hear of a $350.00 goverment documentation fee along with a $250.00 dealer documentation fee. if you would like to see this go to cresmont and try buying a new HYUNDAI.

I got a great deal at an outstanding price and I know because I did a lot of research and shopping around with many dealers. And there was never any pressure. Everyone at the dealership was extremely easy to deal with and very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They actually did what they initially said they would with no surprises! They were very thorough, and the whole process went smoothly. I fully expect this dealership will be where I purchase my next car. In 40 years of purchasing cars this is by far the most impressed I have been with a car dealership.

Monderful experience from Scott, Kevin and Ken....I drove from Virginia to purchase my Genesis.. when i got there the vehicle was gases detailed and ready. Thr process was smooth and seemless.. Any issue and detail was quickly remedied ..I highly recommend this team if professionals.

Kevin Rippin was excellent to work with. He listened to what we were looking for, gave us pricing so that we could compare leasing vs. buying and what worked with our budget, and worked with us to get the deal we needed. He wasn't pushy and was patient with us. We would be happy to work with him in the future when our lease is up.

Joe Yun was wonderful to work with. He was understanding as he knew I was searching around, and didn't pester me. When I did decide on Hyundai, he was even more helpful in the buying process, and explained everything about that and the car so well, making sure I understood it all.

The entire experience was seamless and hassle free. I appreciated the no-hassle sale price which I found to be very competitive based upon the price quotes that I received from 4 other dealerships. Joe Pelto, my Sales Consultant, was great to work with. The transparency of the price and discounts was appreciated and there were no gimmicks to get me to drive to the dealership. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.
