Rydell Chevrolet Buick GMC

I wish I could have given a 5 star. but I cant! Service Dept. is excellent and no problems there! When we purchased our vehicle I wasn't happy with having to already have it in shop after 7 days of owning the vehicle . Yes Rydell pulled for us all the way and reminded us of the warranty but you shouldn't have to put a new vehicle in shop the first week of owning it with water pump,fuel pump and timing belt problems and having to be replaced! Everytime we had to reach the salesman who sold us the vehicle ,he would never return our calls or email, its like he was avoiding us because of the problems . Then the assistant manager, she was NOT to friendly at all pretty much calling me a liar when I told her about all the reviews we read on the vehicle. That was UNCALLED for and very unprofessional of her! She is one person I would never address my issues with ever again! Then to top it all off had to call GM about the poor quality in their newer vehicles. Its like no one pulled for us after we bought the vehicle but they sure pulled for us to get in one! Its like we don't matter as a customer and that's not the way to treat a customer. After all we paid ALOT of money for this vehicle and to be treated like we were kind of hurts our feelings. We decided to keep the vehicle like Ben suggested and untl we trade it off down the road, ts ours. I wish I could have given Rydells a 5 star but with the treatment we got or didn't get,because our calls went unanswered and emails as well, I feel we just cant give you a 5 star. Im highly disappointed in the way business was done. As well as with GMC and their poor manufacturing techniques!! This alone would steer us clear of Chevys and that's our brand of car we like. That's sad to say but if GMC continues you can bet we will be changing our make of vehicles!!
