The team at Grand Forks Subaru are the perfect complement to the great Subaru line of cars. The sales team worked over time to assist me, to accommodate my needs and ensure that I had the car I wanted and, very importantly, understood how to take advantage of the many wonderful features. We bought a car that we were excited about at the dealership, but when we got it home, the change in light made the color annoying. The dealer took the car back and ordered one in a color that we like in any kind of light. Everyone was very kind about our change of mind, emphasizing that when you spend that much for a car, you need to like it. What a relief. They seem to care about us being happy with the car (which we love) and they help us with transportation when we bring it to their awkward (for us) location for service.
