Third vehicle purchased from Puklich and as always a great experience. Don Glassheim went above and beyond as always with helping us. My wife and I will not buy a vehicle from anyone else. We have our vehicles serviced there and the service department also is top notched. Not to mention the smile from any staff that you stop and talk to along the way.

I brought my sons car in for an oil change, a few other problems were noted, but the ability to have those repairs done that day were slim. My son was going back to college that afternoon. I concluded those repairs were going to have to be done in Fargo. Darry was able to squeeze in those repairs understanding my situation. I felt very glad the car was able to be fixed, and my son could be assured his car was safe as he drove back to Fargo.

The person that helped me in the service dept. was very helpful. The service performed on the truck was fast and done as requested. I walked the show room while waiting and was disappointed and surprised that a salesperson did not ask if I needed help until I was walking back to service. I was in the showroom for approximately a half hour and looked at all of the vehicles in on display. It was kind of surprising that on the morning of Black Friday I was not offered any assistance until I was walking from the showroom.

Mistakes will happen BUT.

Always bring my GM vehicles to Puklich BUT. For the second time in a row the wrong oil was put into my sons 2002 Chevrolet Tracker. I specifically wanted Mobil One put in to his SUV and again was not done. I wrote it down AND underlined on the early bird drop-off form. THE SECOND TIME!!! I'll roll with a mis-read or oh I forgot but come on!!!

I was told that you do not do recalls on Saturday, after some discussion with your BDC they agreed to do recall on a Saturday and I really appreciate it. Doing recalls on a Saturday should not be an issue, by not doing recalls on a Saturday it is a real big inconvenience to your customer.

2015 Equinox purchase

My daughter recommend that I give them a shot, as she bought a Chevy 1/2 ton pickup highlinder. I checked them out & just bought a chev equinox Lt. Very satisfied w/the salesman named Van Atkinson. A fun & no pressure salesman. A pleasure to do business w/ him. So far, we'll see how the warranty goes. Thx. I am a chey lover since forever. As a matter of fact I own a 1935 Chevy w/sueside doors. most expensive lunch ever!

I really just stopped into say "Hi" to Don and drop off a king crab crunch roll. Also get an estimate on some body damage an never made it back to the body shop. Don knew I was coming an had a great looking "High County" sitting out front! "Just to look at "
