We were looking for a vehicle with specific horsepower, amenities and comfort. The sales rep directed us to the models that met our criteria and was not pushy. We appreciated the immediate attention. I have a back injury and the models I tested were not comfortable for my injury, so we didn't make a purchase.

I dislike car-salesmens, however, if you choose wisely you may be pleasantly surprised. I worked with a young man, Matt, at Flow VW in Winston-Salem. He was not pushy, let me and my fiance do/think/say/ask what we wanted without making us uncomfortable or upset. I knew he was on our side, because he know if he treated us right, we would treat him right. I am simply trying to keep my end of the deal by giving him a strong recommendation. There were other salesmen there, and saleswomen, and by far I was most pleased with Matt. Make sure you are not affraid to ask for a different salesment if you are not pleased with your current one!
