onOver all I had a very good experience. My salesperson Jack Long was very patient and very helpful as I made my decision. I am very pleased with my purchase and feel that I was treated fairly. I am some what concerned that I did not get a couple things in writing and fear that later on this could be an issue.
I only received one key and Jack asked me to come back any Wednesday around noon and get a free key made. Wednesday are an issue for me. The hood would not stay up on the car and Jack said it needed new pumps to hold the hood up and I agree it does. He asked that I address that on my first oil change in the future. Jack could be gone by then or even worse forget all about it.
The passenger door lock does not work except in manual. I have not heard back from Jack on that, I called today and asked if he could reply via email so I could have something in writing.
If Flow comes through on these issues I would say you are way out front of the competition
