Flow Honda

Where can I start? From the first time I walked on the lot I was treated horribly! I was shuffled from one salesman to another in the first 10 minutes. I did find a vehicle I liked and came back two days later, only to be sent to yet a third salesman. We eventually sat down and did the paperwork, only to be told that I didn't qualify for the full amount of the loan. However when I mentioned I had a co-signer I was told this was no problem. So the salesman set up an appointment the next day with my husband to come back at a specific time with my father-in-law who was going to co-sign. As they were driving onto the lot...the van I was going to purchase was being sold to someone else!!! They found another vehicle, comparable in price and mileage and we went back to do the paperwork again. Only to be told (after being there for over 2 hours!) that they could not use a co-signer and we would have to pay almost twice what we could afford per month if we wanted to finance on our own (amazingly the bank would now finance the full amount!). I have never been treated so poorly by a car dealership...and coming from Detroit and having worked in the auto industry that's saying alot! My father in law, who was actually looking at the new Hondas with interest said "They could burn this place to the ground and give these cars away, I'll never step foot on this lot again!" The owners of this lot need to know they have lost the business of not just one couple with poor credit, but what could have been the on-going business of at least three couples who buy a new car every year and who have perfect credit, including an executive vice-president of one of the largest banks in the country. Oh yea...expect an email from her!
