Do not shop here!

CROOKED BUSINESS! Bought a 2017 Cruze Hatchback with 2100 miles. It had previously been used as a loaner and had sat on the lot for a while. I noticed a vibration on the test drive and stated that I would buy the car, but the vibration needed to be fixed. So the sales department added the concern to the we owe, and told me that it would be looked into. After taking the vehicle back twice during the first month the issue had still not been fixed. The service manager told me he didnt feel anything, so there was nothing else they could do. I went to Steeve Moore Chevrolet in Charlotte to have it looked at, and within twenty minutes that had verified my concern, and offered a solution. The tires needed to be replaced. I contacted Flow about the recurring issue and was told they would not do anything to correct it. In my mind, this means I was told a fairly blatant lie just so I would purchase the vehicle. Now I am out $600.00 for new tires on my brand new car. Thanks Flow, I just love being ripped off.

"A Little Kindness"

I met Ken Bridges at Flow in Winston Salem, I wanted an Equinox but my credit an budget just wouldn't work for the 2015 that I test drove, so I knew I would have to settle for a lesser car , he said let me work on it , so through the weekend I had decided on another sonic which I didn't want but was willing to settle , Monday came an Ken called , he said I have you a 2012 Equinox 1 owner 19,000 miles , we came an looked at the car fell in love an got it, moral of the story is Ken knew my heart was set on an Equinox an he made that happen for me an kept it in my budget, but most of all thank you Ken and Flow Chevrolet for not making me feel like a terrible person because of my credit situation instead you treated me with kindness an was truthful an upfront about what you could offer me but you put it in a way that made me feel important ,an for that I am forever grateful, thank you Flow Chevrolet for treating me like I mattered 😘

Experience with Flow

I was searching for a Chevrolet Cruze for over a week. I went everywhere. I decided to come to Flow. Mike E was my Salesperson and he was so helpful. He asked what I wanted and what my price range was and he immediately went to work. I was a little nervous because everywhere I went they were not able to get me in a car in my price range. Mike was so determined and it made me comfortable. The whole process was made so easy I will definitely return for future vehicle purchases. I'm completely satisfied with the overall experience with Flow and its team. Thank you all so much. I love my new car!

Careful with their "No-Haggle" pricing

I did not buy a car from Flow and probably will not. Here is why, the salesman bragged about their "NO HAGGLE" pricing, but what is the no haggle price?? if you want on the lot their is ONE PRICE and when you go on-line their is another Price. I checked and found out what they purchased this car from auction (32k), they then told me they put about $1,400 into it (for a ONE year old car???) so the price with a reasonable profit should have been in the 35.5-36.5 range at the most, they were charging 37.9 and saying they had almost no margin in the car. I do not appreciate dis-honest people. I am very glad I had someone in the auto business to help me with this....While they seemed nice, it was deceiving..
