Mr. Jack Medlin Jr., my name is James Starling and my wife and I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala LT Limited from your dealership on March the 9th. I am writing this message to tell you how much we appreciated the service that we received. Mr. Taylor Mayo was our salesperson and we can not thank him enough for the way he presented himself and the way he handled our sale. He went beyond our expectations and was courteous and helpful in every aspect of the sale. Mr. William Strickland was also very courteous in the handling of the required paperwork. Mr. M.A. Tyson was also courteous and friendly by taking time to chat with us while we were waiting for our insurance company to handle their part of the transaction. I have had many car sales dealings and I will say that this sale was the most pleasant one that I have dealt with in all my dealings.
