I set up a test drive on September 11th on web and called I live 2hrs away when I got there they didn't have the truck?? I asked to talk to sale manager after be very disrespectful I asked for his name HE refused. As I walked out he shouted his name COLE STAY AWAY

2.0 star rating 7/11/2016 Updated review I bought a new Corvette from Brian Foil at Team Chevrolet and initially gave him an outstanding evaluation. I have changed my mind since I recently found out they sent out 5 loan requests to different banks unbeknownst to me. That dinged my credit which remained excellent but I should have known at the time of the sale. I have bought many cars before with only one loan application request sent in by the dealership.. Secondly, I received a letter from the bank saying the interest rate computed by Team Chevrolet was wrong and it was actually lower. Finally although I thought Brian Foil was a knowledgeable and low key salesman, I called (twice) and asked for answers to two questions about the 2016 Corvette I bought and he never returned a call with the answers. These questions were important to me and to the maintainability of my vehicle. I guess their motto is sweet talk, sell and forget. I will be looking somewhere else for service since this is a good indication of how they do business

Bought a new Corvette at Team Chevrolet and the experience was outstanding from the price, the trade-in value for my Subaru Outback and the salesman Brian Foil. Brian was professional, very personable and extremely knowledgeable about ever aspect of the Corvette even though my impression was they do not sell many Corvettes. I would highly recommend this dealership and Brian as your salesman.

I was very impressed with the dealership in general, and especially my Sales Rep, Natasha Corbet. She was quite knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and worked with me and my wife to get us in the car and on the road with NO trouble. Please make it a point to seek out Natasha and or the rest of the "team" at TEAM. You won't be disappointed!

I saw a car online and made an appointment with Holly (Internet Sales Team). Holly got back to me immediately and got me an appointment with Brian for a test drive for the very next day. I arrived and Holly was on the spot along with Brian to introduce themselves. The car was pulled around within minutes and we were off on the test drive. Brian answered all of my questions and concerns and put me at ease. When I decided to purchase the car (with a trade-in) the whole "Team" came to assist. Jim was very generous with my trade-in and Tyron helped me understand the Auto-Check and negotiate a deal. Through the whole process, Brian was right there walking me through it and answering all questions. I am more than satisfied with my car and my experience! Thank you to Brian, Holly, Jim and Tyron.

Wonderful car-buying experience. My salesperson made it an effortless and seamless transaction. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle and was very courteous and professional. The finance manager was also extremely helpful and I was extremely pleased with the buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed by everyone there. I did my own internet research, so I was able to walk in and discuss what I was looking for in a car, and even had a car in mind. Keith immediately got the keys and was enthusiastic about helping me understand the car, the dealership, and what came with it like a warranty, OnStar, and Sirius XM trials. He explained what other vehicles were available in a similar style to what I was looking for, and patiently addressed each question I had. Tyrone the finance guy was extremely patient and helpful when my finance company wasn't in their system, which meant he had to type everything in manually, and didn't mind the confusion of trying to get the right information. Overall, the Team experience was great. I received a great value thanks to their competitive pricing, and I would recommend Keith, Tyrone, and the rest of the team to anyone looking to buy a car.

Very deceptive dealer, very nice to you at least until you call them on the lies they have told. Sell problem vehicles at over inflated prices and try to not even stand behind their own 30 day 1000 mile warranty. Will Not honor commitments or promises.

We have bought many cars through the years, and I have never been through anything like this before. We started dealing with this dealership on Nov. 13, 2009, that's when we took the car home, with a 30 day tag, and paperwork all signed. Then on Nov. 17 or 18 they called to tell us to bring them $2000.00 ( on top of what we had already put down), or bring the car back in 2 days or they would repo it. So my husband called and talked to the sales lady on they way back to the dealership to see if the sales manager would meet us 1/2 way, so she came back to the phone and said yes she would if we brought the $1000.00 tonight, so we did ( which we live an hour or more away). Well we thought that everything was good to go until the night of Nov. 30th when we got a call from the finance guy who said to bring more money or the car back again, that the sales lady nor the manager remembered anything about the deal, so here we go again. So we had the car for 17 days and had to take it back again, so we took it back. I think that the laws need to change, because you as a consumer only have 72 hours to get out of a contract if you buy a car, but a dealership has 30 days. I think they should be able to have to have everything done in 72 hours too. I will say that we did not like how the general manager treated us like it was all our fault, and never once has ANYONE from that dealership said I am sorry about what happened to you guys. I did report this matter to a few places, and I just don't want to see other consumers who work hard for their money to be put through what this dealership put us through. Now I see why Chevy had to get government help. In closing I would like to say that if you feel that a deal just don't seem right, please do your research. I am so glad we did, I may not have got the car I would have loved to have, but their is always another dealership that wants to make a deal than to lose a customer. Like my boss has always said one customer is worth 10,000 ( when it comes to word of mouth).

Don;t Always belive What they tell you, I agreed with a price, on a used car. I agreed on a price tax title included. Salesman and his boss agreed to it shook hands to it. The next day, When i brung the check for it . the price jumped up 800.00 more dollars. What kind of bussiness deal is this. Makes ya wonder why chev, is in such bad shape. Im not very happy.
