Exceptional Car Buying Experience

The service I received when purchasing my car at Medlin Hyundai is matchless to non. The salesman made my car buying experience seamless and he handled the sale as if I was the only one (with exceptional customer service and care). He answered every inquiry with knowledge and patience. I have to say this is the best car buying experience by far that I have encountered and I can now drive my new car with pride and joy.

Tops In Honesty & Service -- At Solid Savings

We have bought Two Hyundai vehicles from Medlin Motors over several years. Each of the experiences has been far above average in terms of genuine friendliness, courtesy, respect, honesty, and fairness; not to mention great pricing and consideration for our needs and budgets as buyers. There may be bigger dealers in larger cities that can offer marginally sharper initial purchase prices. However, Medlin strains to meet any ''real'' competitive prices (not phony low-balls set to trap you) up front. Plus they more than makes up for any tiny price difference in the attitude, attention and quality of services provided over a long period after the sale... where other dealers tend to forget you and/or let you down. This is one very scarce and unique genuinely honorable, honest, customer-oriented dealers, in our experience. On one trade-in, we happened to replace tires just before deciding we needed a larger vehicle. AFTER making a sharp deal on the new model and fully signing, we were presented with personal letters for Four free full oil - filter - inspection - adjustment visits by the General Manage as Extra compensation for saving them the cost of tire replacement. That sure beat the type of treatment we had ever received from four or five prior, larger, big city dealers in several other states. And each time we return for service, we are always met with a big smile, friendly greeting, ultimate courtesy and people who instantly know us by name... a rare pleasure anywhere these days. If you seek an honest good deal, followed by truly solid and personalized service after the dealer has your deal and money in hand, this is THE best place to get all ... and more... than you expect from any auto dealer !!!
