I went to three dealerships and they all denied me and three dealership. Yes, that is bad so I went to Leith Honda dealership and met Moe. When I say he got me in my 2024 Honda sport hybrid, all black I thank you if I can give you 10 stars, I will he’s very nice very funny. If you joke with you don’t take it personal that’s just him being him and again Moe. Thank you so much for getting me in my car. I love it.

Having a salesman listen to what I wanted in order to learn what vehicle is the best fit for me resulted in the perfect outcome! He listened to colors I wanted, listened to features I wanted, listened to features I’ve had in past vehicles and miss, he listened to financial boundaries I was wanting to stay in range of. My new civic hatchback is the fourth new car that I’ve bought at Leith Honda. This dealership is top rate. The sales people are knowledgeable, they don’t put a lot of pressure on you and they make financing a breeze. The service department really sells me on Honda. I have had good experiences with Leith service for the last 20 years. I feel as though they take good care of me and my car, and they managed to explain what repairs are needed in a way that I can understand. I am so happy with this new car and my experience with saleswoman Dani. Highly recommend her and Leith.

We found salesman Stanley to be knowledgeable, informative and relaxed. He listened to what we were looking for including type of car, the features and colors. After obtaining the info he showed us cars that met our requirements. He allowed us to test the cars after explaining the car’s features/Technology. My wife and I had a great experience at Leith Honda while purchasing a new Ridgeline. Sean Rahimi kept the negotiations relaxed and low-key, never once bringing over the sales manager or pressuring us in any way. We’d gone back and forth a few times, and I was pleasantly surprised when Sean came back and said ‘Congratulations, you got your price.’ I will absolutely ask for Sean the next time I purchase a new Honda! The one negative was the higher-pressure pitch on the extended warranty when we talked to Finance to finalize the transaction. We had already agreed to a price for the new car with trade-in and had an idea of what our monthly loan payment would be. We did not know an extended warranty would be offered at the time of sale, or we would have gone in with that understanding. I would have preferred to know up front about the extended warranty options, so we could take that into account when calculating our payments. These warranties can add hundreds of dollars to a car payment, since they’re added to the total loan value and paid off during the life of the car loan.

After a subpar experience with another salesman at this location, I traded my original purchase in on a different vehicle a mere 5 months in. As someone who grew up with a household in the automotive industry, I was extremely upset upon my arrival. Not only did Sam find the PERFECT car for me, he was also kind and courteous. I will always stay at Leith Honda as long as he is on their sales floor. I have owned many cars since my family no longer has their own lot, and moving forward I will stay in whatever family of dealers that Mr Rahimi is in moving forward. It was a professional and painless experience, and I left VERY satisfied with my vehicle as well as the top-notch customer service he provided me. I recommend him all day, every day! He’s what makes for a good dealership. It starts with the sale, and he hit it out of the park!

I've had probably less than 10 car shopping experiences (I've only bought 2 cars), so not many, but this was my favorite. I really enjoyed my sales person, Travis Normandin. He ensured I got a car I wanted. We looked at everything used that the dealership had available, and was patient. He even let us look at what hadn't been through full inspection yet and did not push us toward any purchase. After we selected the right car, he showed us all the options for add-ons, warranty's, etc and after he explained and we declined he might ask a follow-up, but he didn't push when he saw we were firm. I know they want to sell the extras, so I appreciate that he wasn't pushy. His manager though, Jackie, was quite pushy with warranty's and this coating we didn't want. Once he determined we weren't moving, he was very quick to get us out at least.
