Poor Communication

Emailed about a suburban. Told internet salesman Tim about my situation with my negative equity/payments/money down/ suburban got sold then was told about a Yukon that was priced higher than the suburban and was told that we would get a great deal on it because we were driving an hour and half away. My husband got there and the Yukon price was the same as the internet price and we have not had anyone call us back in regards to sale. (Tim has called but not the actual saleman )I mean at least call with a No or we need this or something. Tired of getting the runaround from Dealerships. Its all about them making a profit and could care less about anything else. I also believe that they get some kinda quota off of running a credit check cause now that's all anyone ever wants to do. My credit was excellent but now its shot from all the credit checks. Don't go to this dealership if you are looking a deal because they wont make one.
