Let me start by saying Danny my salesman was AMAZING. He was extremely personable and truly helped me search the lot for something I was happy with. His finance manager Jess, is a different story. She looked at me and told me what I wanted was not an option (a 2019 Ford Escape). She pointed me to a non-accessible car which does not work for me or my families needs. After that, informed me I could only do something used on the lot. I walked out, and went to Sanders Ford who put me in a 2019 Escape identical to the one I wanted (new), right in my price range. I’m sad that Danny lost the business, but after my experience, I don’t recommend anyone finance through Cella Ford.

Love love LOVE the Cella Ford team!! I came in to the service department frantic about an issue that I was having with my 10 month old Ford Explorer. I was greeted by Maurice who as always is attentive to my concerns. He went and got the Service Manager Ron Meadows who immediately calmed me down and put my mind at ease that my vehicle issue was going to be resolved. Ron Meadows went above and beyond, he even rode in my car with me to make sure that he could hear the noise I was worried and frantic about. We came back to the dealership and Ron started the process to get my vehicle to a mechanic to research what was going on with my vehicle. I went to the front and before I knew it Jason, Rodney, Brian & Rufus all put me at ease with the situation and made sure I had a nice vehicle to loan while my vehicle was being repaired. It meant so much to me that my concerns were listened to and that the Cella Ford team knew it was important to me to be able to get back on the road so that I could continue to work and that I not be inconvenienced. It meant so much to me and I appreciated it so very much!! Before I knew it I was receiving a telephone call from the Service Manager Ron to explain what was going on with my vehicle and to let me know that it was ready to be picked up. The service department had my vehicle ready way before I ever thought it would be!! Thank you to Ron & Maurice in service and thank you to Jason, Rodney, Brian & Rufus in sales!! I have owned and Escape, Expedition and now an Explorer and as ALWAYS I am SUPER pleased with my customer service that I receive at Cella Ford!!

Went from Winterville to Cella Ford because they had a vehicle I was interested in at a good price online. I would have rather stayed close to home but neither Hasting or Doug Henry had this particular vehicle. I am glad I went. They had the vehicle and worked with me to get all the discounts I was eligible for and gave me a great trade in value on my vehicle. Great people, very friendly and accommodating. So impressed I am planning on letting them do all my servicing.

Grandson's Old Ford Explorer

The staff and service people at Cella Ford are great. Problems could not be resolved. Parts were had to locate and when they finally came in, one was broken so they had to reorder. Then I am told the wiring harness is melted! Apparently the car is so old, it is not worth fixing. I am so disappointed, I really hoped that technology had not gotten so advanced, that an old car can no longer be repaired! The car still does not start after sitting for a day and the headlight still does not work! My father was an "old school" mechanic before all the electronics came about and I had faith he could repair anything! P.S. You need a third option to questions below - " Unknown"!

Went in to have my 2012 Fusion serviced and left with a new Fusion! I normally would rather take a beating than trade cars, but this was a pleasant experience. As a lifelong Ford owner--this truck is my fifth Ford vehicle--I have already maintained a high opinion of Ford. However, Team Cella elevated this view to newer heights. From our first inquiry about a new Ford until we were handed the keys to our incredible truck, Michelle and Charlene ensured our complete satisfaction and understanding at each phase of the purchase. I bought my vehicle from Jay C at Cella Ford in New Bern, NC and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jay and company respected my time and on delivery day, had me in and out within an hour. Also, this is my first Ford vehicle that I have ever owned and I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality of the car. I have had it 6+ months and have already put on 15K miles on it. Ford had stepped up their game for sure and I recommend that you look at their vehicle lineup if you are considering buying a new car and if you are going to buy a Ford, then stop by Cella Ford and ask for Jay!

I went into the dealership knowing that I was prepared to purchase a vehicle, but unsure about which model I wanted. My salesman ( Jay C ) was very knowledgeable about both of the vehicles I was interested in. He played a big role in the positive experience I had with purchasing my new car and has since been helpful with the issues I have had with my vehicle. Maurice in the service department was also very courteous and knowledgeable as well. ( I had a manufacturer's issue that was taken care of quickly and effectively.) I would certainly recommend new car buyers to go to Cella Ford in New Bern NC for hometown friendly sales and service.
