The salesperson and team was very friendly but my experience with purchasing was done extremely fast, didn't really have any time with the car or be able to discuss with spouse if this car was a good fit for us.

Parkway Ford does good work for us. They checked the navigation system which was working when I took the car in for service. It usually doesn't work properly, shows the "no GPS symbol" and seems lost. That is the only problem we have with the car and it seems to be a common problem. My daughter and son in law have a 2021 Explorer also and have the same problem.

I actually wouldn’t say this about many of the the dealerships I’ve been to. My experience with these guys was one of the best. Patience and execution was top priority, but they got it done. I love my car. It gives everything I ask for in a car. Thank you parkway of Lexington for making magic happen.

I have always been pleased with the way I am treated at the Lexington dealership. Everyone is friendly and the service is done in a timely manner. I had an oil change done, and while the job was done well, in my opinion, it took WAY to long. Over 2 hours! I had a 3:00 apt and didn't get out of there till after 5. Other then that the staff and the waiting room were VERY accommodating.

Early failure of major component, on new truck.

1) I purchased a 2014 F-150, Larriot, and at 3500 miles, AC Compressor failed! An early failure is a dissapointment...... Had a trip scheduled to use the truck for, and had to make other arrangements for vehicle, as it took 3 days to get parts. Staff was helpful, and all now appears to be in working order. Overall, Parkway Ford did a good job. 2) A little disappointed that I do not see floor mat covers installed when vehicle is being serviced. This is second time in for service (oil change week before) and floor mat covers were not present on either service trip when I picked up the vehicle. They were present when I first bought the vehicle, 3 weeks earlier. 3) Also a little disappointed that less than 3 weeks after purchase, additonal cost savings were offered, and I failed to get any advantage of these offers. Especially after asking if there were any additional incentives coming. Feel I got taken on this---yes I get it on buyer beware. I certify this response if genuine.

I had a Recall and wanted someone close to my work area and you were down the street. I called the service department and set the appointment. When I arrived the service person was very nice and helpful. It took less than 1/2 an hour to repair and I was out. When I get ready to buy I think I'll come back.

I had to reschedule my original appointment but it was handled quickly and with great understanding. ( my husband and I were both in the dentist office he wound up having an emergency root canal) The new appointment time worked well and efficiently and all is well. On top of it all when I got the bill I found out it was the fifth oil change and as a consequence, free. Can't beat that.

The work was done the way it should have been done and I didn't have any proble with that. The wait time was trippled. They told me about 30 minutes and it took 90 minutes. I would not have waited if I had know it would take that long to do the recall!
