Our service rep, Bob Parente, is terrific. Bob was able to schedule an oil change and tire rotation on short notice before we took a long trip. We always receive a friendly greeting and the service was completed quickly.

Fixed the darn screen & it fixed the weather channel too!

A fix of the screwed up Chevrolet Infotainment System in my Chevy 2017 Colorado fixed the issue of it jumping into EDIT, it's beeping and changing the Center Info screen from showing my speed to the radio. Well that also corrected the issue I've had with the Weather Channel showing my vehicle in Troy, NC, Faison, NC and Valdemoro, ES since I bought the truck in 2018 and was told to contact the Weather Channel about my issue. SO a BIG THANKS to fixing the jumping screen and finally the Weather Channel issue! I have to say that it looks like my weather channel issue could of been corrected LAST YEAR with the new internal screen.

Our salesman Monta was terrific. My daughter really loves her new car. The only thing we weren't happy is their computer and phone lines went down for 4 hours and we were not given the chance to "haggle" over the price. Other than everything was okay.
