I don't usually write reviews but Todd went above and beyond in this case. I was 500 miles away dealing with another dealership and not getting the service I needed. I called Toyota of North charlotte and spoke with Todd. He not only was professional and helpful but called me back the next day with more advice and information. This was all while I didnt even have the car in for repair at their shop! The service was also excellent when I was finally able to get the car to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
