Carolina Kia of High Point

Carolina Kia proved to us that they would treat us like family... and that they did. My initial contact was via phone with the Internet Sales Manager, Tom Truitt. He was the reason I began thinking about purchasing another vehicle. He was very friendly and so willing to listen and understanding as well. He put me in touch with one of the product specialists, Jay Siskind, whom I dealt with and planned a visit to Carolina Kia. He was very kind and considerate of my time in helping me with the options for purchase of a new vehicle. When the time came for us to be at Carolina Kia, Jay was 'under the weather' and was unable to be at work. So when I arrived with my husband, we were informed of Mr. Siskind's absence and were met by Alan Pope. He explained that Jay was not there and why, but he assured us he would be able to assist us. I cannot say enough great things about Alan. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the Kia Sportage, which we were interested in, but he had the most amazing personality. He put us at ease from the very first words out of his mouth. He continued to do everything within his power to get us the vehicle and deal that would eventually have us signing for a new one. Alan clearly enjoys working with the public, and as someone who has done that all my life, it was such a welcome change compared to past experiences buying vehicles. Car buying can many times prove to be a very stressful situation, but with Alan Pope, I can honestly say, "not this time". We all want as much for our money as possible, and I feel we got it. There was no pressure to get us to purchase and Alan put us at ease from the beginning to the very end. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Carolina Kia / Hyundai to anyone looking for another vehicle. They had a great selection to choose from and knowledgeable staff to work with who also made us feel very welcome.
