No Hassle Deal

I had been looking for months for a good fair priced used 2002 Subaru Forester.I had traveled hours to have dealers play their games not believing I would walk away. I emailed Jacky Jones and luckily I received a reply the next morning from Bob Burns. He was straight forward and honest. He told me he had just taken the car in as a trade. Offered me a very fair right over the phone. He was extremely honest about the condition of the car and sent me pictures of every angle, underside and inside of the car. I could not make it to dealership while he was open. He offered to stay until midnight, come in on his day off, etc. I could not believe it I am a long time Subaru owner and am very knowledgeable about the Subaru line. Bob had the car driven to me 4 hours away and I was pleased. I took the good deal and the car as it came. My mechanic is a master mechanic and he was so pleased with the condition of the car.He had it for 2 days and the only thing he needed to do is change front brake pads, oil change and I had him change cabin filters. My advise is to all buyers, educate yourself first! Dealers do not perform miracles if you are upsidedown in your car. This experience was great and I would do it again but only if Bob looks over the car for me. By the way, I have NEVER bought a car this way. This car was in better shape than the Civic I bought used a couple of years ago. Thanks again BOB!

anyone interested in doing business with this dealer better be ready to shell out some serious cash they will not give you anything for your vehicle at all and wont budge off the price of theres either they tried to put me in a deal and i was going to be almost 20000 upside down if i had taken it my bank laughed when i told them the amount and told me to run away from a dealer like that there only out to make a killin off everyday car buyers save yourself some time and do not drive out of your way to do business with them it will be the costlyest mistake of your life and most definitely out of your way for nothing: i was trading in a 2003 bmw in excellent condition they offered me 7000 dollars for it then turned and marked theres at 35200 and would not budge off price...BE WARNED IF YOU USE THIS DEALER YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!! thanks charles b.
