Terrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the first place I came in when starting my car buying process. I was helped my Doug and have honestly never met anyone more rude in my life. He was very unhelpful address my questions/concerns, he thought he knew what was best for me without putting any of my needs in consideration. He talked terrible about other companies, very unprofessional. Clear to say I didn't walk out with a car, I would never do business here.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIS DEALER EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMY.

I went there to get anew car, got pushed for a used one (2012 Sonata), terrible sale man, car been in the shop more than I drove it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMY.

Don't let heart overrule head - sales will make you pay

I didn't refuse to meet with the dealership. There is no point in meeting with the anyone from your dealership when I know how the numbers lay out. Your own salesperson told me earlier in the week what I had heard from many other dealerships. Why meet when nothing can be done? Walk away from the lease? Really?? My credit (which is excellent) gets ruined so really great advice there. As I stated in my initial review, yes, I understood the negative equity that I came with. As I also stated, it has compounded dramatically by Hyundai's horrible residual value even on their so called luxury line. As far as me not understanding something, I understand everything. That is why I wrote and still stand by my initial review. I also don't appreciate you putting personal information such as my lease term on a public site and ask you to remove that information immediately. I still stand by my initial review where three different things contributed to my situation and gave an honest assessment that I still stand behind. Your response just further illustrates why I will never do business with your dealership again.

They sold me a lemon and then lied, lied, lied. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience ever. Wish I could give minus stars. Do not trust these liars!!!

Watch your wallet!

Brian P and his sales team under valued my trade and then refused to budge from their asking price on a used Genesis Coupe (which ended up being more than MSRP for a new one). Don't make a mistake that'll cost you thousands like I did - you can get a much better deal elsewhere.

Great car buying experience

On Sept 26 2010 my wife and I went to Pecheles Hyundia to purchase a car, we were NOT going to buy a car the first day, I dont do that with any large purchase I make. The sales people were not the ordinary car saleman. There was no pressure and all were very good people to deal with. The finance person (Randy) was really great to work with, he was a great help with no pressure to do anything we didnt want to do. Long story short we left with a car that day, still hadnt cleaned out my trade in. They helped me and we drove off in a new car, couldn't ask for a better experience.

Stay Away from Pecheles Hyundai in Greenville, NC

I tried to buy first, a Hyundai Elantra in August, and then second, a Hyundai Genesis in September from Pecheles Hyundai in Greenville, NC. Hyundai Sales Manager gave me a bunch of BS about the fact he didn't know what Elantras he had on his lot. We were looking for a black one without all the bells and whistles. Said he would go out and look and call me back. TWO HOURS LATER he has a salesman call me back stating "I understand you are looking for an Elantra." I had to go through what I was looking for again (I was very specific with the sales manager.) Gave me an off the wall price. I knew the MSRP from Hyundaiusa.com and knew he was trying to sell me a fully loaded Elantra. I asked him what was making up the price difference from the price I was quoted at Hyundai of New Bern. He said, "I don't know." I told him this must be a fully loaded one. Again, he said "I don't know." We bought it in New Bern. They gave me a great OTD price over the phone and we drove over an hour to go there when Pecheles was literally 2 miles away. I tried them once more when I wanted to buy a Genesis. Gave me more BS. Would not give any numbers on the phone or via email. Said I had to come into the dealership. What [violative content deleted]!!! Stay away!
