Car diagnostic

I had an appointment at 2. Arrived at 1:55. Told the man what was going on with the car. He ask if I was waiting and I said yes. I ask how long it should take, I was told 1-11/2 hour. I went to the lobby. I waited until everyone was gone in the waiting area, which was now 4:45. When I went back to the service center to check the progress the same man acted very surprised when he saw me. Like he had forgotten I was there. He looked up my car and said oh yea, it is the battery. I. Told him that Bill Black had replaced the battery. He looked it up and said they had no records if that. He ask if I wanted it replaced and I said yes. When I returned home I looked at my records and Bill Black did replace the battery 12/2019. I really like using the dealership but I guess I am going to have to find a honest dealer or repair shop. Waited basically 3 hours to replace a battery! That could have been done in 30 minutes at any parts store. And I would not have been treated badly for needing my car repaired. This is not the first time I have been treated this way at this dealership.
