What happen to taking care of the customer? They Sold us a LEMON and they know it. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass in April 2016. We have been back and forth to Forest City Honda for the last 2 months with problems with the brakes. So everyday that we have been off work we are at the dealership trying to have the problem fixed. They even had it sent to a Jeep dealership in Shelby. Still the Jeep did not get fixed. No one knows what the problem is. So we have a defective jeep. We call and speak with a sales manager and then the owner. We were instructed by the owner of the dealership to bring the jeep back. He said he would take care of us. Well after working with them for 7+ hours . They instead try to rip us off. By offering a little over half of what we paid. We only had the Jeep for a little over 2 months now. It just shows what kinda of people they truly are. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from FOREST CITY HONDA.

Pleasant and refreshing experience

Listened to what we could and could not manage in looking for a pre-owned vehicle and kept working for us until we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted. Your follow-up telephone call and letter were nice touches and appreciated. Most places once you sign usually are ready to forget you. Forest City Honda is a very friendly and caring operation. The salesman was very kind and understanding--not pushy or demanding at all. He answered our questions or found out the answers for us.

Very Happy with Forest City Honda

Courtesy and professionalism shown by all. The counter guy at service was very friendly and greeted me....even though I was not doing business with him. I encountered a salesman returning from the restroom, he said "excuse me sir." Great attitude by all!!! Joe Autry our salesman was THE VERY BEST!

Poor delivery on used car

Two months ago I bought a 2007 Honda Ridgeline. Had not beeb cleaned up - was told to stop by later: "too busy right now". Several lights burned out - replaced them self. Ordered replacement gasket for door - "sorry we can't find it" when I stopped back by. Changed the oil today...filters had not been changed in months. What kind of delivery service is this? Pitiful!
