Visited the dealership after I was asked to come in so that they can price my trade-in. Looked at a car that I liked and told them exactly what I wanted to pay. After the back and forth game, I repeated exactly where I wanted to be as far as price was concerned. More of the back and forth game for them to not even come close! Thanked the salesman for his time and left. Received a call a couple days later from salesman asking me to come in and that he was going to get me to where I wanted to be. He gave me his word that I wasn't going to leave there without a car and price that I wanted. He also told me that if he didn't get me what I wanted, he'd pay for my gas for traveling so far, an hour and a half to be exact. Needless to say, more of the back and forth game went on. I finally walked out with, you guessed it, no new car and no gas money! I hate these traditional dealerships. Management are a bunch of [non-permissible content removed]. Go to CarMax... Better deals and none of those dealer games!
