My original deal fell through with Southern States. I nearly went with a Tucsan because of how mad I was. I called Mazda Corporate and lodged my complaint. They said to try Capital and Sport Durst. Capital lied and said that Southern States priced me pre-January deals. Sports beat everyone the moment I walked through the door on customer service. Tracy listened to my horror story and shared it with the sales management team. I was immediately met by the sales manager who apologized for the other dealerships. Within hours, I had the same exact deal worked out minus one option to which they reduced the price. Tracy, Tami, and the sales managers "up on the podium" came through. The finance manager was also great to deal with....Oh year, I can't forget the young man who prepped my vehicle. Very polite and a great work ethic!

Salesman tried to pressure me to buy what they had on the lot instead of finding me what I wanted. All he had to do was locate what I was looking for to make a sell.

I recently bought a Nissian at Sport Durst, they were not my first pick but they won me over and that was because of salesman Mr. Ricky C. He was helpful, answered my questions, was straight forward, did not cut any coners, and he put up with me. I will be honest I can be very difffcult at times but he never gave up. Mr. C got me the car that I wanted and that is key and to him I am truely greatful. I also would like to thank Mr. J he was awesome as well and just thanks to the whole Sports Durst team I thank you.
