I went there for a tire rotation, was told it would only be an hour. Two hours passed and the service desk lady says my car is finished. Not knowing I marked my tires, I proceeded to check if they had indeed been rotated. And of course, not one tire had been rotated. I confronted them on it, and the lady was speechless...I don't trust any one that works there.
