Again, this was a very easy transaction thanks to Jakob's professionalism and his willingness to work with me. I explained what I needed and Jakob showed me several… options. Once I decided on a vehicle, Jakob worked with Damion Boomer and Nick Cauldwell to work on the numbers. It wasn't too long before I had accepted their offer. There was no haggling, just a straightforward offer of what Honda of Concord could do for me. The entire sales process was painless and without pressure. I commend Jakob on his professionalism, his knowledge of the Honda product line and his friendly customer interaction. If you need a new or used vehicle, please ask for Jakob. Now here’s the fun part. I’m in sales. I’ve been in sales. I’m a… sales coach. Daniel is textbook sales. And I don’t mean killer deals and strong arming. It’s genuinely caring, finding what I needed, and never once pushing me into something I didn’t want. It was extremely seamless, pleasant and lovely conversation in the downtime, and I got the car that I desired at a great price. Luke is very knowledgeable and caring. My favorite feature of this particular car is that I… can speak to Google telling it to navigate to a certain address or place.
