Rough Service Dept Experience

onTerrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you would think the appointment time would matter! Not so much with Honda of Concord. As I found out today, my 0800am appointment time only means "they will work the car in within an hour"!!! And this is just for a scheduled maintenance oil change/tire rotation.
To make things worse, I had to wait over an hour to finally meet with someone in finance to cancel my maintenance plan and get a refund. And to top that off, they hit me with a $50.00 cancellation charge that "could not be waived"!
I'd rather take my car to the local oil shop than deal with this place ever again! Customers beware!

Thank you for taking the time to review our dealership. We appreciate your efforts to help us make Honda of Concord the best that it can be. I'm sorry to read that your experience with the service department did not live up to the standard that we expect to deliver for our guests. We will definitely be using this a training tool so that our service levels will improve.
