SECOND VEHICLE, MORE TO COME...

This is our second vehicle from Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Concord. We dealt with some new people, and some we were already familiar with. The way we were treated was the same both times; fantastic! This time we have insight into their service department, which is fast, helpful, and can be a great partner along the way, long after the sale is over. Lee W took care of us from sales, Victor R made the deal happen, and Michael C from the Financial Services Team who makes the boring paperwork once the sales is done go by fast and a pleasant experience, and Jeff Dumbaugh in service, are the complete package. We will be back again when it's time for a new vehicle.
