Helpful staff

I give 5 stars to staff of Johnson motors. Taryn and Chris put up with my annoying calls and never once did not respond . As a doctor with s crazy schedule I called them at all hours and never got anything but courteous responses

No Pressure

After shopping all the other high end dealerships by myself to no avail. I went to Maserati By myself with out my husband and met Joe Najm. We went on a test drive in the Quattroporte and the car sells itself. Joe was really fun and easy to hang out with. Joe was very educated about Maserati and answered all my questions. Then I was comparing this car to the 6 other high end manufacturers, Joe could talk intelligently about all the other cars and never talking badly about any of them. Joe was great at helping me with the good bad and the ugly. It was like he had driven all of them also. Everyone at the dealership took their time and I never felt rushed or pushed in any way. In the end I own the 2016 Quattroporte and I am in LOVE! It is everything I wanted in a car and more! I could not be happier with all the people at the Dealership, Allison handled all the paperwork which was perfect. Travis made sure everyone did what they were suppose to and they did!! The easiest car buying experience ever!

Unfortunate Experience with attempt to purchase Lexus

Personally, I had a bad experience. After we agreed to terms of the deal late in the afternoon, I was unable to reach the dealer before close of business due to traffic in time to sign the papers. I was told to come back to sign the papers the next day. However, I came to find out the next day that the dealer had sold the car to another individual. What really upset me was that 1) they were not upfront with telling me the car was being sold to someone else (they tried to first persuade me to purchase a different car that they were attempting to purchase from auction) and 2) they never asked me put down a deposit to reserve the car. As the consumer, I am not an expert in car buying matters and if the dealer believes there is a good chance someone else is going to buy the car, they should ask for a deposit. The dealer had 2 opportunities to ask for a deposit from me (the day we agreed to terms, and the next day when the other customer was attempting to purchase). Overall, I'm unhappy with the way Johnson Maserati of Cary conducted business on the basis of principle. If they cared about the customer who had agreed to terms and was coming the next day to sign papers, they would have contacted me for a deposit and not just sell to the first customer who flashes money in their face to make a quick buck. The manager offered me the potential opportunity to buy a different car from them (same model/year) but at that point the trust was broken.

Soldier friendly/family friendly dealer

The entire staff to include Malik, Travis, and Alison were very professional and kind to our Military family. We bought a 2014 Audi Q7 and we're given 5 star treatment. You cannot beat their price. Friendly sales team - Effortless purchase

A web search for a pre-owned Lexus ES 350 lead my husband and I to the Maserati of Cary dealership. Sonya, Chris, and the entire staff were attentive, friendly, and transparent as we deliberated and finally decided to purchase my "new-to-me" car. Great service

We purchased our mini cooper from Johnson Maserati in February 2014 and have been very pleased. We came late in the day and the dealer stayed late to follow through with the purchase and made sure we were able to drive our new car home that day. We have had an appropriate amount of personalized communication after the sale and have been pleased with our car.

Used Car Purchase

Purchased a used BMW for my son. The dealership is small which means they focus on only a few vehicles. We came over from a much larger dealership close by which to be honest left us bewildered trying to see the 'woods for the trees' - too much choice. The Maserati team have the patience of saints to help you make the right choice. And absolutely no upselling pressure, which would of course become absurd given the range of prices in the Maserati range. Made my son's first car buying experience a fun and memorable one.

Solid dealership

I engaged other Maserati store in Raleigh and Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro and these guys were most aggressive for my business and by far the most professional. Delivery process was solid but was a little surprised that car was only 3/4 full at delivery time.
