Honda passenger airbag recall

onPatricia at the Service Department/cashier and has lots of patience and followed up with my request. she also has excellent people skill and made extra effort to make me feel Paragon is doing their best while the part is back ordered. Frustrating that no response to my inquiry about the availability of the part and the Email did not reached the Parts Department. The waiting area is clean and inviting with flat screens, coffee and breakfast items.
