Great experience despite defect

onThe sales representative Jonathan Giraldo provided me with excellent customer service immediately and made me feel very at home in buying the Odyssey at Paragon. I felt that my satisfaction was his only priority so it made the purchase of vehicle a very good experience. He was very quick and efficient with regards to coordinating insurrance, financing, DMV, etc. I also encountered a manufacturing defect upon picking up the vehicle, and I requested that the vehicle be serviced that same day for safety concerns. He accompanied me to the local service center and coordinated the appropriate repair with the staff, and waited with me while they were arranging the fix. During this time he talked about the Pilot and CRV, differences and similarities, which made me very interested to perhaps return in the future with a trade in of our other older Honda Civic. I appreciated the dedication he showed to me and he represented the Honda company well.
