BAIT AND SWITCH

I live in Baltimore, Maryland. At the dealership right now 10.55am on Monday, September 8, 2014. Made a prior phonecall about buying an acura zdx offered for sale on Paragon Acura's website...spoke to the dealership manager KAMIL. I explicitly told him I was buying the car on behalf of a client for export and legally I dont have to pay tax or title & licensing in the US. He agreed but charged a documentary fee of $299. I received a follow-up phonecall confirming our agreement and to come to New York to purchase the car. I drive 3.5 hrs to New York and Kamil claims I must pay Tags and licensing when I dispute this wasn't our agreement he pretends to look into his computer and then claims the Car was sold on Sunday. He offered to sell two different cars that are $10,000 and $12,000 more.BEWARE!!! Dishonourable people! Classic BAIT and SWITCH tactics. Dont FALL a VICTIM! like I was.
